根据社会发展需要和企业需求，我院先后在管理系试点了“顺丰班、沃尔玛班；在会计系试点了“千喜鹤班”等订单教学班。取得了良好效果，也得出了许多重要的启示。

通过聘请企业技术人员来院授课、共同开发课程组织教学、组建专业指导委员会等多种方式加强学生专业技能和职业素质的培养。目前千喜鹤河北培训基地已接受60余名我院学生集中培训。
